Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email) must be provided

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items requested for return after the 7-day window

Return Process

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery of the returned item.

Refunds
As we only accept cash on delivery (COD) payments, refunds are issued as follows:

  • Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon verification.

Late or Missing Refunds
